A meeting to discuss the future of the Bowraville/Bellingen Road was held on Wednesday, August 4 in the Bowraville Theatre at Bowraville. ghd straighteners

I was one of those who thought the options backdating scandal should have been a bigger deal with investors, let alone the Securities and Exchange Commission. While some were angered by it, considering how widespread the practice was, Brocade Communications was unfairly set up as the whipping boy for the fallout.
Brocade is a much better company today, despite an industrywide slump in Ethernet sales earlier this year that resulted in lumpy performance. While Brocade and others were hurt, leading CAPS member jhakimi to suggest Brocade was a good acquisition target, Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) and Juniper Networks shined.
Analysts now expect Brocade to push earnings 11% higher this year, with similar increases over the next five. At less than eight times projected earnings for 2011, Brocade seems to be a great value.
On the shoulders of giants
If you just look at palladium prices having collapsed, you’d conclude North American Palladium was in the middle of a tailspin. But its jump into gold with the purchase of assets from Agnico-Eagle Mines looks particularly well-timed, and its Sleeping Giant mine nearly doubled its resources, making it another undervalued stock ready to move.
Of the more than 1,000 CAPS members weighing in on North American Palladium, 96% say it will outperform the broad market averages.
A big opportunity
CAPS member cbreen215 anticipated Tellabs putting up robust numbers this quarter and wasn’t disappointed. The telecom equipment maker reported a 10% jump in revenues, generating profits that came in 300% higher than a year ago. ugg australia boots

Many companies said they achieved higher profits even though sales fell from the comparable period. It was a busy Saturday.
But, there was something different about this “shopper”, police tell us.

Davis says, “That’s what’s definitely concerning. You wonder why someone is so bold to walk into a store like this when they know they’re captured on video.”
The video shows him actually picking up a pair of sunglasses costing nearly $700.

A high-end store theft also happened at Westshore Plaza just down the street on June 16th.
It was a different man, but he is also caught on camera. Still pictures show a full shot of his face.
Police say an African American man was seen using a counterfeit credit card in the name of Gregory Baxter of Deputy, Indiana.
The man charged more than $6,000 worth of jewelry and clothing, according to police.The largest purchases were two Gucci watches valued at $5,440.
The man seen in the video is in his mid 20′s to late 30′s. He has a dark complexion and appears to be slightly overweight, police say, with short hair and a mustache, possibly a goatee.

The victim stated that there was damage to the sheet rock, torn linoleum and the carpets had been ripped and soiled by pets. The victim said that a toilet, vanity and chandelier were stolen. The victim estimated the damages at $5,000.
3. Criminal mischief at 1400 block of Champions Drive. Victim reported Wednesday that his wooden privacy fence had been spray painted. 4. Theft of property at 2401 Christina Lane (Salem Place Nursing and Rehabilitation). Victim reported Tuesday that her iPhone had been stolen out of her room. Employees recovered the phone from a housekeeper’s vehicle after seeing suspicious activity on surveillance video. The suspect stated that her husband encouraged her to steal the phone for him. The suspect was arrested on theft of property charges and relieved of her duties at Salem Place Nursing and Rehabilitation. The iPhone was returned to the resident.
5. Residential burglary at 700 block of Reedy Road. Victim reported that sometime between 3 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday someone damaged his front door and window screens while attempting to gain entry to the residence.
